About this project
This open source application serves as an example for developers. Obviously it's far from perfect and improvements can be made. Since dealing with external libraries can be a pain for beginners, I chose to rely on pure javascript, html and css. While simplicity was in focus, the most important blockchain functionalities were implemented. The network consists of nodes (browser tabs) including mining and synchronization features. Once a block has successfully been validated and added to the blockchain, it will be rendered in a timeline for a visual representation. The developer log provides a technical insight of the technology. Some biblical dates are more or less accurate, don't pin me down on it. The mandatory blockchain node animation can be turned on for some eye candy.
